FREE shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all consumer orders in the continental United States.

Shipping Carriers

We use UPS as our standard carrier.

Shipping Time

All orders placed will be ready to ship within two business days, regardless of the shipping method. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next two working business days. Orders shipping to the West Coast will arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders shipping to the East Coast will arrive in 7-10 business days.

International Shipping

International shipping charges will be included in your order depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be due upon the shipment arriving in the country.

RETURNS

Return Policy

We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don't, not to worry. We accept returns for unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging.

* For items purchased on swankieandcompany.com, we offer a full refund (with the exception of gift wrapping and shipping expenses associated with the order) as long as they are returned in their original condition within 60 days of purchase.

* If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at customerservice@swankieandcompany.com. We are here to assist you Monday through Friday from 8am PST to 5pm PST.

Refunds

To receive your refund for an item that you wish to return that you purchased from swankieandcompany.com within the last 60 days, simply ship the item to:

The shipping cost of a returned item is at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Along with your returned item, please include the following information: name, address, phone number, the word “refund” and your original order number. As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will refund the credit card used to purchase the item. Please note, it takes an average of two business days to refund a credit card.
